I am so glad you are here. I hope you enjoy your monthly happy mail! Please be sure to read and understand all policies as your purchases are non refundable, and non returnable. They are backed by paypal.
1:ORDERS
All orders are processed within ten business days. We ship our boxes out within the first two weeks of the month. We invoice during the second week of the month.
2:SHIPPING
All packages are shipped via USPS where applicable. If you are an international purchaser please contact for individual shipping charges prior to your order. It is my desire to service everyone, so I will do what I can to make it possible for you to get a subscritpion box delivered to your door as well!
3:GIFT SHIPPING
We ship anywhere for any reason, as long as you use paypal. I will use the address listed on the paypal payment as it is required. Thank you for choosing Planner Sophisticate as your subscription box kit.
4:RETURNS
Sorry, but there are not returns, refunds, or exchanges. The purchase is backed by paypal, and if you were misguided or did not recieve the product as promised then by all means you are protected.
I am sure you are going to be so happy with your box that we really don't even need a refund or return policy but it is the rules.
